Avila Beach

With its gentle hills in the background and its plaza lined with palm trees at the water's edge, Avila Beach looks like a picture postcard. It is located in a protected bay on the coast of central California. Thus, the slopes block the wind and create a microclimate of sun and gentle sea breeze.
