Pfeiffer Beach

​Surprisingly further away from the usual tourist routes in California, Pfeiffer Beach is a gem. Surfers, photographers, contemplatives, you will be delighted. The waves are nice and good, the sand is... purple! A consequence of the manganese particles that come from the side of the hill. Facing the beach, planted in the ocean, a spur of marine erosion pierced by an arch in its center lets the golden rays of the sun pass through at the end of the day, creating each evening a breathtaking natural sound and light show.
